KATHMNANDU DRIVE TO RAMECHAP (4HOURS.) AND THEN FLY TO LUKLA (20 minute flight ) (2804 METERS) TREK TO PHAKDING (2610 METERS) 4HOURS.

Visiting: Ramechap, Lukla&Phakding "The mountain flight into Lukla is spectacular and the landing an exciting beginning of the trek – one end of the runway is 60m (197ft) higher than the other. 20 -minute scenic flight to Tenzing and Hillary Airport at Lukla at 2804 meters. Once you arrive at Lukla airport, you will meet with our trekking crew, then porters load our luggage before heading off towards Phakding. Then we begin our trek by descending towards the DudhKoshi River. This river flows down from the Himalayas, crossing hanging bridges along the way, passing camps, and keeping an eye out for the Mani stones, which are boulders carved with Buddhist inscriptions. The walking is easy and after passing through the small village of Ghat (2550m), we reach at Phakding. Overnight at Guest house.

TREK TO NAMCHE BAZAAR (3440 M/11,286 feet)) 5.30 HOURS.

Visiting: Jorsalle, Dudhkoshi&Namche Bazaar We continue trekking along the banks of the DudhKoshi, crossing this majestic river many times on exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. After entering Sagarmatha National Park, the trail climbs steeply with breathtaking views. Namche Bazaar known as the Gateway to Everest, is home to many quality restaurants, hotels, lodges, shops, money exchanges, internet cafes, and a bakery. Namche is one of the biggest villages along the whole Everest trail. Overnight at Guesthouse.

NAMCHE BAZAAR ACCLIMATIZATION DAY.

An acclimatization day allows for an excursion to Thame and Khumjung, the green village" Visiting:         Around Namche This is the first of the two days set aside for "acclimatization". Health experts recommend us to stay active and moving during the rest day too instead of being idle. We either spend the day taking a day's hike to Everest view Hotel (3880 meter/) or relaxing and exploring Namche Bazaar itself. Namche Bazaar is the main center of the Everest (Khumbu) region and has government offices, ATMs, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, a bakery and a colorful market each Friday evening and Saturday. If we trek a few hundred vertical feet during the day, it will help us to properly acclimatize. Our guides take us to the Tourist Visitor Center near the headquarters of the Sagarmatha National Park, where we can observe an assortment of things related to the first Everest ascenders, Sherpa culture and learn about the various plant and animal life of the Everest region.

TREK TO TENGBOCHE MONASTERY (3860 METERS) 5 HOURS

Visiting:         Tengboche Monastery The trek continues along the rushing glacial waters of the Dudh Koshi with magnificent views of the mountains. We trek to an altitude of 3860 meters today. On reaching Tengboche you will see the local monastery. Inside the monastery are incredibly ornate wall hangings, a 20-foot sculpture of Buddha, and the musical instruments and robes of the Lamas. The group will be taken to observe a prayer ceremony either in the evening or morning, depending on how the day's trekking went. Overnight at Guesthouse.

TREK TO DINGBOCHE (4350 METERS) 5.30 HOURS.

Visiting: Sherpa Village of Debouche & Dingboche From Tengboche, the trail drops to Debouche, crosses another exciting suspension bridge on the Imja Khola, and climbs to Pangboche amongst thousands of Mani stones. Our uphill trek continues, taking us to the quaint traditional Sherpa village of Dingboche with its exquisite views of Lhotse, Island Peak, and Ama Dablam. We take our time so we avoid getting affected by the altitude. Overnight at Guesthouse.

ACCLIMATIZE IN DINGBOCHE:

Visiting: Dingboche Acclimatize in Dingboche, with an optional acclimatization hike to the NangkarTshang (approx. 5016 meters and about 3 to 4 hours round trip). We spend our second day of acclimatization at Dingboche. A refreshing breakfast while admiring a looming AmaDablam (6856m/ 22493 ft.) to the south is really fantastic. To better appreciate Mt AmaDablam, Mt Lhotse, and numerous other peaks visible from Dingboche, we climb the ridge on the north behind the village. This will be an ideal acclimatizing excursion. Upon this juncture, we can see three of the world's six highest peaks, Mt Lhotse, Mt Makalu, and Mt Cho Yu. To the west, loom the towering peaks of Cholatse (6440 m/21,126 ft.) and Tawoche (6542 m/ 21,463 ft.). As we look northwest, we see an array of peaks rising at the head of the Khumbu Khola valley. The Lobuche West and Lobuche East peaks are most dominant along with Lhotse, which stands over 8500 meters (8501m/27, 890 ft.). From a vantage point high on the ridge, we can scan the sweeping ImjaKhola valley as well as the picturesque fields and pastures of Dingboche.

TREK TO LOBUCHE (4910 METERS) 5 HOURS.

Visiting:         Passing Khumbu Glacier & Lobuche Today, the trail continues along the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier and passes by stone memorials for climbers who have perished on nearby summits. We continue to climb as we are heading to the altitude of 4910 meters at Lobuche which is really just a few huts at the foot of the giant Lobuche peak. Some breathing problems may arise today due to the altitude. Overnight at Guesthouse.

TREK TO EVEREST BASE CAMP (5365 METERS) THEN BACK TO GORAK SHEP (5180 METERS). 8 HOURS.

Visiting:         Everest Base Camp & Gorakshep This is another big and difficult day walk along the Khumbu Glacier and up to Everest Base Camp at 5365 meters, the closest you can get to Mt. Everest without mountaineering equipment. There will likely be a team about to attempt the summit. The view of the Khumbu Icefall from Base Camp is spectacular. We return back to Gorak Shep for the night. Overnight at Guesthouse.

HIKE UP TO KALAPATTHAR (5555 METERS) EARLY IN THE MORNING AND TREK DOWN TO PERICHE (4200 METERS). 7 HOURS.

Visiting:         Kalapatthar, Gorakshep& Pheriche This will be one of the most difficult yet rewarding days of the trek. Most of the morning on this day is spent climbing Mt. KalaPatthar, a small peak (by Himalayan standards) at 5555 meters. The ascent is demanding, but the climber gets the most magnificent mountain panorama: Everest, the highest point on the planet at 29028 ft., 8848 meters, towers directly ahead, and on all sides loom the other giants, Nuptse, Pumori, Chagatse, Lhotse and countless others. We make a quick descent to Gorak Shep, a tiny hamlet at 5180 meters then trek down to Pheriche. Overnight at Guesthouse.

TREK TO NAMCHE BAZAAR (3441 METERS) 5.30 HOURS.

Visiting:         Orsho, Pangboche, Tengboche & Namche From Pheriche we take a slightly different route down to Orhso, then to Pangboche village. Here is the oldest monastery in the region which contains what is said to be the scalp and bones of a 'Yeti', or the abominable snowman. Leaving the mountains behind us, our descent takes us through Tengboche Monastery at an elevation of 3860 meters before continuing back to the town of Namche Bazaar at 3441meters. We arrive back to Namche Bazaar in the afternoon. Overnight at Guesthouse.

TREK TO PHAKDING (2,640M/8,661, 6 HOURS APPROX.) HIKING DISTANCE 9KM/5.6

Visiting:         Dudh Koshi, Jorsalle, Monjo & Phakding Leave Namche Bazaar and descend to Phakding Village on the banks of the Dudh Koshi River. Leaving Namche Bazaar, we have a big descent today to Phakding. If the weather is clear, take plenty of photos of your final views of the great peaks we've enjoyed so much along the way, including Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam. We'll not see them again after reaching Phakding.

TREK TO LUKLA (2,860M/9,383FT, 3-4 HOURS APPROX.) HIKING DISTANCE 7KM/4.3MILES:

Visiting:         Ghat, Lukla Today is a challenging final day of trekking from Phakding to Lukla as we begin with a descent, then climb 600' to end in Lukla. Although we are travelling the same route down, we have completely different views. We snap a mixture of open plains, rhododendron and pine forests, and in the distance, snow-covered peaks. We walk through the Sherpa villages' noticing an impressive faith in Buddhism and a culture of prayer stones and flags. Upon arrival in Lukla, we stretch those sore legs and recall the experiences of the last couple of weeks. We experience the culmination of a fantastic trek on a happy note with everyone back safe and sound with smiles on our faces!

FLY LUKLA TO KATHMANDU

Today, we fly back to Kathmandu after our long mountain journey. The early morning flight drops us in Kathmandu. We can rest and relax throughout the day at our hotel. If we get interested to take some gifts home from Nepal for friends and relatives, we can visit to some nearby shops or venture out in Thamel for authentic Nepalese goods. To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, we will have a farewell dinner at Nepali Restaurant where we can pick our meal from their carefully crafted menu that offer a wide range of choices. Overnight in Kathmandu.

FINAL DEPARTURE

The journey has come to an end today! There is nothing to do but we just trade emails to travel companions and organize our photos. If we have more time we can do some shopping or sightseeing. A representative from Nepal Promote Treks & Expedition P. Ltd will drop us off at the airport approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight. On our way to home, we will have plenty of time to plan our next adventure trip in the wonderful country of Nepal.

Upon arrival in Lukla, we stretch those sore legs and recall the experiences of the last couple of weeks. We experience the culmination of a fantastic trek on a happy note with everyone back safe and sound with smiles on our faces!

FLY LUKLA TO KATHMANDU

Today, we fly back to Kathmandu after our long mountain journey. The early morning flight drops us in Kathmandu. We can rest and relax throughout the day at our hotel. If we get interested to take some gifts home from Nepal for friends and relatives, we can visit to some nearby shops or venture out in Thamel for authentic Nepalese goods. To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, we will have a farewell dinner at Nepali Restaurant where we can pick our meal from their carefully crafted menu that offer a wide range of choices. Overnight in Kathmandu.

FINAL DEPARTURE

The journey has come to an end today! There is nothing to do but we just trade emails to travel companions and organize our photos. If we have more time we can do some shopping or sightseeing. A representative from Nepal Promote Treks & Expedition P. Ltd will drop us off at the airport approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight. On our way to home, we will have plenty of time to plan our next adventure trip in the wonderful country of Nepal.

1. All ground transfers with private vehicles.

2. Ramechap to Lukla to Ramechap by flight

3. 10 Nights ‘accommodation and Food (Breakfast, lunch and Dinnar) Choose Menu one Time One Meal, at Guesthouse/Tea House in the trekking (There is not attached Toilet in some of the Tea Houses)

4. All necessary staff with experienced 1 guide, 1 Porters to carry luggage (2 trekkers: 1porter) including their salary, Equipment, food, and lodging.

5. All necessary paper works; National Park fees, TIMS permit

6. Logistic Staff transfer fees from KTM- Ramechap -Lukla- Ramechap- Kathmandu

7. Exclusive Medical Kit Bag

8. All government and local taxes

9. Staff & Porter Insurance Surcharge

10. Farewell Dinner

11. Trekking Bag, Hot Bag, Sleeping Bag, Sleeping Bag liner, trekking stick, shoe Gaiter, crampons, water bottle, Poncho, knee support, Bandage,  (This after trek return)

 

The Service excludes:

1. International airfare

2. Nepal entry visa fees

3.  Meals in Kathmandu  (Breakfast, lunch and Dinner)

4. Kamthmandu Hotel Accommodation.

5. Any personal expenses – laundry, phone, Phone charge, Wi-Fi, shopping

6. Tipping to Staffs

7.  Extra Food, drinks (water Hot water, Hot swore, tea, coffee, liquor) or expenses during the trek

8. Travel Insurance FINANCIAL TERMS

9. Any expense that occurred during rescue or evacuation

10. Any extra expense, if hiring a horse during the trek.

11 . All expenses extra night (Hotel and Food) in a trek.

12. Recue By Helicopter.
