Arrival in Katmandu

Arrival to Katmandu and transfer to hotel. We begin with a welcome drink, do somen introductions, and have a simple orientation about your tour program. Everyone will be assigned their room.nGroup will be split in 2 groups and 1 st group will be start at treatment at 2pm in Ayurveda Centre in Dhapasi. Second group will start at 5.30pm. Each group will get 3hrs of treatments each. Pick up and drop off needs to be arranged. Accommodation: Star Hotel

Sightseeing Monkey Temple (Swayambhunath Temple) and Chandragiri Hills

After breakfast, visit Swayambhunath Stupa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, located on a hilltop in Kathmandu. Known as the "Self-Appeared Lord," it holds deep spiritual significance and offers panoramic views of the valley. Next, head to Chandragiri Hills, home to the Bhaleshwor Mahadev Temple, a sacred Hindu site dedicated to Lord Shiva. Take a cable car to the hilltop for breathtaking views of the Himalayas, including Annapurna and Everest. Chandragiri is a popular pilgrimage spot, where rituals and offerings are made. Then, head to Namobuddha to explore Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, a stunning Tibetan Buddhist site atop a hill. Next, visit Panauti, a UNESCO tentative site rich in history. After breakfast, drive to Chitwan, stopping for a thrilling 2-hour rafting adventure on the Trishuli River. After rafting, continue the 3-hour drive to Chitwan. Upon arrival, receive a short briefing before checking in and enjoying lunch. In the afternoon, embark on an exciting 2-3 hour elephant-back safari in Chitwan National Park, spotting wildlife like rhinos, deer, monkeys, and, with luck, a Royal Bengal Tiger.
