Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to rest and relax after your journey, or explore the vibrant streets of Kathmandu at your leisure. The bustling Thamel district, with its colorful shops, restaurants, and cafes, is nearby for a quick wander if you feel up to it. Enjoy your first night in Nepal, soaking in the vibrant energy of the city. After breakfast, you’ll have the option to drive to Pokhara by tourist bus or private car (6-7 hours) or take a 25-minute scenic flight for a quicker journey. Upon arrival in Pokhara, you’ll be captivated by the stunning beauty of the city, nestled beside the tranquil Phewa Lake, with the majestic Annapurna range towering in the backdrop. Spend the day exploring local attractions such as Devi's Falls, the World Peace Pagoda, or simply relax by the serene lake. After breakfast, we embark on a 1-hour scenic drive to Kande, where our trek to Australian Camp begins. This short but rewarding hike takes about 2-3 hours, offering spectacular views of the iconic Annapurna and Machapuchare (Fishtail) mountains as we ascend. Along the way, enjoy the lush green forests and the tranquility of nature. Australian Camp, perched at an elevation of 2,060 meters (6,759 feet), provides stunning panoramic vistas and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing overnight stay. After breakfast, we begin our trek to Forest Camp, a journey of approximately 5-6 hours. As we ascend, we pass through enchanting forests filled with vibrant rhododendron, oak, and maple trees.
