Welcome to Nepal

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, a representative of Nepal Promote Treks will join, assist and transfer you to your hotel accommodation. At the hotel, you will check in to your room, while enjoying a welcome beverage. Depending on your flight timing you will receive a full body and Shirodhara ayurvedic massage.

Yoga, Meditation & Golf

You will start your day with yoga and meditation under the guidance of a professional yogi. After breakfast, you will engage in a game of Golf on picturesque premises. Afterward, you will be transferred for sightseeing towards Boudhanath Stupa, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most imposing landmarks of Kathmandu, including the largest stupa in Nepal. The massive 36-meter-high Boudha stupa dominates the skyline in the region, which makes it the largest unique construction in the world. With countless monasteries around it, the Boudhanath stupa is the center of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. From above, Boudhanath Stupa looks like a giant mandala or diagram of the Buddhist cosmos and as in all Tibetan mandalas, four of the Dhyani Buddhas’ mark the cardinal points, with the fifth, Vairocana, enshrined in the center.

Road Trip to Pokhara

Along your journey, you will witness some emerging towns and river rafting activities on the famous Trishuli river. on your right-hand side, where you can see people enjoying rafting. You will also come along suspension bridges and a local market where you may enjoy handpicked fresh local fruits. Pokhara is a remarkable metropolitan city with stunning natural beauty, situated at an altitude of 900m above sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu valley. The mesmerizing town holds several gorgeous lakes and presents stunning panoramic views of the Himalayan mountain peaks. The serenity of the lakes and the magnificence Himalayas rising behind them, creates enchanting and peaceful ambiance, that one will never find anywhere in the world.

International Mountain Museum & Phewa Lake

You will start your day with an early morning session of yoga and meditation. After breakfast, you will be transferred to the International Mountain Museum. You will witness a beautiful collection of Asian and non-Asian mountains. Experience a photo trail where you will learn about the evolution of the Himalayas and a prediction of the future. The museum has a large collection of vegetal and animal species and a special area dedicated to global warming and the prevention of the phenomenon. The International Mountain Museum is strongly rooted in the mountaineering community, as it is the best place to observe the history of mountains. Afterward, you will hike to Sunshine Resort, passing the Phewa lake, and enjoy a peaceful boat trip, before your next 2 days corporate event(MICE).

Conference Day

During your two days corporate event, you will start your day daily with a yoga and meditation session with an experienced yogi. You will be served an organic vegetarian breakfast to balance the body and mind and to give the best of yourself during your corporate event. During your corporate sessions, you will have access to a projector, screen, laptop, audio, and basic stationaries. Daily two coffee breaks are included and a nutritious light business lunch is included. The stunning view from the meeting facilities will surely increase your energy level and deliver positive vibes. In the evening you have leisure time to hike around the accommodation premises or visit the begnas lakeside to enjoy a typical authentic moonlight dinner. The distance between the accommodation facility and the Begnas lakeside is approximately 30-45 minutes by car. Our representative will be able to assist in making the necessary arrangements at an additional fee to visit the Begnas lakeside.

Drive Pokhara to Kathmandu

After enjoying breakfast you leave the mountainous town of Pokhara behind and travel back to Kathmandu. Depending on the traffic the journey will endure for 6-7 hours. . On reaching the capital of Nepal, you may will check-in to your hotel accommodation and have the rest of the day at your leisure.

Last minute shopping and Evening Farewell dinner

The morning and afternoon of your last day you may plan as you wish. You may either relax at the hotel and enjoy the facilities or stroll through Durbar square, the busy shopping area of Kathmandu in search for souvenirs and delicacies for yourself, friends and relatives. Our guide will assist you and recommend the best places to buy authentic Nepali souvenirs including original Nepali paper made crafts. In the evening our representative and driver will drive you to an authentic Nepali restaurant for your farewell dinner where you will be indulged with Nepali cultural music and dance performances, while enjoying the finest Nepalese cuisine of the region.

Approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight a representative from Nepal Promote Treks will transfer you to the airport for final departure to your home country.
